It's pretty much unusable today! My internet is fine per speed tests (38 down, 5 up with ping under 50 ms). I'm ok a mag box, and no-one is home but me so I'm the only one using internet.
Is anyone else having freezing every few seconds? Does anyone have a suggestion to resolve this?
OK, some troubleshooting and it appears as though my ISP is the issue, they must be throttling or something, as connecting my box to different ISP and there is no freezing. I guess I'm out of luck on being able to use IPTV... No other viable ISP available to me

How can you be sure the mag sees 38 down? Is it wired or wireless? If it's wired, youll likely see the same down as you would a pc. But if you did a speedtest on a pc, and the mag is wireless, that 38 is no longer a valid test...
