If you list the service provider, in case no body got back to you I'm sure someone in this thread will tell you the operators default parental control passcode.
As far as I know, the password is actually set in the stalker server, not the box. This means you need to request your reseller to do it :)
How minor are they? They must be pretty smart to figure out the password ;)
