I have a sub with these guys. Support was decent when they were TecFront. New guys don't answer emails very quickly. The service has freezing issues and the EPG is so so. Channel selection, as a Canadian, is great. Channels aren't always running. I'm trying Rapid IPTV right now. It's okay. Next I'm gonna look I to ACE.

So any ideas why these guys don't answer their support emails? I was with tecfront and got moved to iptvhut and want another box added. I've paid, it's cleared, and my box which was with another provider but had the mac released (supposedly), is not working. It just asks for a username and password. I am hoping that this doesn't mean the previous seller I was with hasn't released the mac.

I've already factory reset the box, and still no changes, and no answers from iptvhut. It's getting frustrating, especially as I have seen a lot of negative posts about them.

IPTVHUT.NL IS A SCAM. Bought a second month of CrownTV service on March 14th via CC , got an email letting us know we had to reboot the STB and it came up with BLOCKED, CALL YOUR PROVIDER. #1 THERE IS NO NUMBER TO CALL, MANY MANY EMAILS AND CONTACT TO HELP DESK BROUGHT NO ANSWERS OVER THE LAST 2 DAYS, NOTHING NOT A WORD OF EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THEY BLOCKED OUR STB.

I have been try to contact IPTV.NL for over a week now and still no response from them. I paid my monthly subscription for this month and now the STB is blocked. TECFRONT are no help either. I think I may have been scammed.
