Yea... Link is dead. I'm using IPTVSubs. Works great, if you're not locked into your current choice, give it a try. There's a free trial of 24 hours to have a go with it.
All stalker resellers will have this. Anyone that sells ipguys or voodoo will likely have access to star.
While I don't think it's as good as ipguys, it does have some decent canadian content and cp24 is in very high quality if that appeals to you
