What is the RC port used for on the back of the Mag 254W2? It looks similar to the AV port but a bit smaller.
I believe that is for the RCU extender for the IR or when you want to hide the STB behind the TV you can still control the functions of the STB with the RCU. Correct me if i'm wrong. Thanks.
Remote control port I'm pretty sure. I haven't done it with this box but we often tie this stuff into an equipment rack when we do home automation installs.
