IPguys runs unstable in Kodi, and won't work at all in STB Emu. Help?

Not sure why you are experiencing freezes on your Kodi setup - I use it without any problems on my Sony Bravia Android TV. Which device are you trying this on?
Regarding your 2nd question - I believe the server logs your serial number and you will have to request your reseller to reset your account if you want to switch devices with IPGuys.
Also, you say that you have tried Kodi, STBEmu, and MAG254 - are you using the same subscription for all 3 devices? That could be the cause of your problems.
