I loaded STB emulator v9.0.3 on the Firestick. It launches but not with out a struggle. I have to launch STB emulator several times let it fail and the kill the application. Once I kill the application then I launch it again.. it works just fine.
Any one seen this?
Hate to break it to you but this is normal occurrence with the emulator. While some people get it to work, it seems the results are random.
This issue isn't limited to the firestick, but Also the top of the line 300 nvidia shield has Salinas issues.
I'd recommend returning the firestick for a mag if it's reliable tv service you want. You won't be disappointed.

You won't be the first person to finally give in and get a proper box after watching those videos and you probably won't be the last!
No issues here. Just for fun you should check how much ram and cpu the app uses while you run it. Apps will fail if it reaches a devices limits. I'd also message the dev. I've delt with him before and he helped me with my issue.
