Reporting non working channels

by zaptor99

Is there a way to report non working channels on ipguys and voodoo? I'm guessing reporting it to the reseller doesn't do much?

I have reported nonworking channels and channels with audio sync issues to my IPguys reseller (most of the problems are with Turkish channels - US, UK, Canada channels seem to work much better). I am not sure if these will be communicated to IPguys but it doesn't hurt to try.

Yes, always communicate it to your IPGUYS reseller. Unfortunately that's the only way.

I'm sure there is 0 communication between provider and resellers. From what I see

Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you look at it) most resellers have no direct communication with ipguys at all.

It's all very hush hush, and thays a good thing. I can't speak for all providers, but I'm pretty sure there's nothing anyone can say to influence the way ipguys does business really.

I've had a lot more voodoo channels not working than ipguys. Most English channels I tried were working when I last used them. But of course like any iptv stations nothing is guaranteed.
