I don't think many people will be able to answer you question as everyone has different preferences when it comes to iptv.
I don't know about catchup, but I have some friends that use iptv express for USA and UK programming. Might be worth a look.

tvboxx.com may have what you are looking for. We have both UK and US channels with Catchup on selected ones up to 14 days. We have both SD and HD channels. Are there specific channels you are looking for?
