Hey, you can replace 'clientportal.link' with the IP: 185.147.12.147
Works for me, seems to be a DNS problem that the lookup fails for hostname.
You must of course do this in a downloaded .m3u-file for ALL links. Otherwise you will just download the normal m3u wich in turn contains 'clientportal.link' again.
EDIT: Use clients.clientportal.link instead. Working hostname that resolves to correct IP.

Instant-iptv says rapid servers down . we don't have any further info please be patient.

Due to some technical problems, unfortunately, the streaming service was out of orders for the past 12 hours. There has been some changes in the stream. While MAG portal remains constant wihtout any changes, for M3U based device, please change your line from "clientportal.link" to "clients.clientportal.link"
For instance if this is your line: http://clientportal.link:8080/get.php?username=x1e3fd4e6a&password=2TJHLvizJX&type=m3u_plus&output=ts change it to the following: http://clients.clientportal.link:8080/get.php?username=x1e3fd4e6a&password=2TJHLvizJX&type=m3u_plus&output=ts and then try the new line to your device.
Also, the problem with channels will be solved in the next 6 hours.

It seems Rapid's main server for serving and firewall was knocked off line by Worldstream, they for whatever reason decided not to have Rapid on the network. Rather then tell rapid, we can assume they switched off the servers the alternative theory is Rapid were made aware of an issue and Rapid did or did not act and again they were kicked off the network. It seems Worldstream knocked off the network at midnight where as had it been anyother it would have gone off earlier in the day.
So what now? Rapid is alive and the team are rebuilding the network. The question is what backups do they have? How old and how quick can they restore the network. At present due to pressures they seem to be taking quick cuts just to get parts of the network back live.

Subscriped yesterday. Paid the money it took a whole day to send me confirmation. Couldn't connect via portal url (STB blocked) opened ticket got no response. Woke up today to see this. My first iptv experience is f*cking awesome.

Is it a fire then or have they been raided? If you paid your subscription by credit card you can just get a section 75 refund.
I bought a mag254 and a 1 year sub to rapid for a friend at xmas...
I assume next time he turns it on he's going to be very disappointed.

ok guys, I have the same issue, none of the channels can be seen. I do not see a single answer to the problem with RapidIPTV. IN a sentence, what is happening with the service?
