ipguys has a decent Turkish channel line-up. Picture quality is okay, channel downtime is quite low but there were some audio sync issues which ruin the experience - that's why I gave them up. Maybe it is fixed now but I cannot say for sure.
You can also try Ruya. Picture quality is amazing and I haven't experienced audio sync issues. Lig TV/Bien Sports is there with a bunch of backup channels - you'll definitely find a backup if the main channel is down. Turkish movie channel line up is excellent but their downtime is quite high - you may find some movie channels down for days.
