I'm not sure exactly the deal with their support system but the forum has gone very quiet since Christmas. The regular support moderator used to be very good but looks like they have gone AWOL since early this year unfortunately.
Yeah, seems like they have sunk or done a runner.
Wont be renewing with them.
I think they have ceased support a while ago, I remember seeing a few posts about it.
Don't quote me on this though, I have never used their service or anything so I have no comment. I just feel like I've seen a few posts popped up. Did you search this subreddit to see if there are other similar posts?
