You're gunna get flooded with a lot of resellers. But you really need to specify what devices you're going to use so we can help you accurately :)

Consider checking pastebin.com for channel lists if you need them.
For web based I'd go with torula as I've heard good things (I've never used thrm though).
If you're looking for an official cable company like replacement with epg, pvr/timeshift/catchup with videos on demand and stuff you'll want to consider a stalker based set top box. Video reviews of them in the sticky over at /r/iptvgta
