You can copy it to a notepad then save as iptv.m3u or you can go to http://tvtvtv.ru/tools/plc_eng.php copy and past it into the playlist creator and simply download the .m3u the .xspf works also.

How do I load the list into Perfect Player ? Does it update by itself or do I have to load new list everyday ?

If you have a reliable way of getting these links vetted and working I can probably put together a small site that will auto-update so people can have the latest links without having to download a new list or copy/paste. They could just load something like " http://somedomain/list " and be done.
