Get a Dreamlink T1
Stay away from the shield if you want iptv. Get a proper box (for a 3rd of the cost).
Sheild is badass but for game stream and stuff.
For iptv you'll need an emulator which has been known to have jittery video playback on the shield, or use kodi (no vod or time shifting and limited partial working epg).

Works amaaaaazing with iptv express and could potentially be thr best stalker iptv server out there (finally something to pull me any from ipguys)
