I'm liking IPTV Express more and more as I use it. The only feature I can't get to work is if I'm watching a channel, then use the remote to turn off the device (Mag 254), it goes to sleep, but when I wake it up, it goes back to the live TV categories and not straight to playing that channel again in full mode. With IP Guys, there is an option in the outer portal settings to set that under "Portal" but don't see that option with Express. Any way to enforce that?
Wow that's interesting. I went through some stalker server documentation (did a quick search) and couldn't find any configuration settings or anything to enable or disable that functionality on the server end. That leads me to believe that this is a "local" device option.
However, the test you have done suggests otherwise, so this is very strange to me.
I know ipguys uses a different version of the stalker software than express does, and the functionality on the backend is VERY different.
But that makes no sense to me that such a basic feature would be removed in newer versions of stalker.
I'll have to investigate further when I get some free time. I'll post back as I find out more info.
I'd be interested in knowing if other people with mags have the same issues.
I'll also try my avov later this weekend to see if it does similar stuff. I'll have to re-activate my ipguys so I can do a side by side comparison though.
