I'm not sure about server gate never heard of them. But my polish friends swear by ipguys.

Server gate has some red flags on their website though... One being to get a half decent rate they want one year paid in advance? That's an absolute no no. Additionally even that 12 month discounted rate is about twice as high as others. I'd probably stay clear of them..
