I strongly recomment www.allstartv.net . It seems to be a new one but i am subscribed for 1 month already and it seems like a very stable one. Support is very fast and they actually do something. Has a RESELLER program which seems very suitable and affordable. You can try them because it seems like they have all local streams only!

I have some coworkers that arm polish and they swear by their ipguys lineup. Personally I like iptv express better and I'm always looking for thr next big thing, but for polish I'd stick with ipguys. Pm me if you need me to point you in the right direction.
