You're never going to get true 1080p/4k at this point with IPTV. With that said, the sports streams from Vader and Express are pretty excellent.

Sportsmania is consistently good, might check out smooth streams after theyve updated a few things.
All these sites offer a lot of channels for atleast 15eur or usd, any options if you need only couple of channels(3-4) and want to pay up to 10eur or usd?
I strongly recomment www.allstartv.net . It seems to be a new one but i am subscribed for 1 month already and it seems like a very stable one. Support is very fast and they actually do something.
