I am looking to potentially set up IPTV on my Xbox One and I'm located in the US. Could anyone give me a simple (explain like I'm 5) step by step way that I could set it up? I'm super new to this, but IPTV sounds pretty great and would love to get it set up in my house if at all possible. Thanks!

Best IPTV works pretty well with m3u lists. You'll find it in the app store. Have recently contacted the developer about EPG support and he said he would look into it in future.
As for ELI5: either buy a Premium m3u or find one online (less likely to be stable or last long) and input the URL where asked. I have Rapid IPTV as my provider but I'm lead to believe it doesn't work well in the US.

I'm not aware of a way to add iptv to an Xbox but you can add it to kodi which is coming to the Xbox store. May be a little easier to find iptv for kodi anyway.
