Get a Beelink Mini M8S II and use the xannytech firmware from freaktab (in the s905x firware and tools section). And if you want wifi to work properly, use kodiloaded's wifi hack to install a proper aerial to your box.

Anyone with true iptv knows these boxes wont cut it...and a real iptv box can be found for like under 100...
The same advice that's been floating around for, at the very least, the year that I've been using Kodi. So far, I've set up 3 of these cheap Android boxes for myself and 3 for others. The only issue I've ever had was that I had to disable amlogic acceleration to get IPTVSubs to stop buffering. Other than that, these devices work perfectly, and are considerable cheaper than any other options, especially in Canada.
This type of advice is repeated ad nauseum, and always starts with putting down all the cheap android boxes out there. I'm sure some can be crap, so buy from somewhere like Amazon where you can easily return something that doesn't work to protect yourself, but this line that these devices are not worth even trying is complete BS.
