Buying IPTV Guys or Express from Ebay

Question

I have $10 eBay card, wondering if it's safe to buy them from eBay ? any thoughts or feedback about the matter ?

I purchased ipguys 24 hours from a seller on eBay.ca. paid with PayPal and using now. Guess you'd need to check maybe the reputation of the seller

Personally I would steer clear of eBay resellers. IPGuys is very strict when it comes to the use of their name. In fact, every time I sign into my reseller dashboard theres a huge warning that calls out eBay resellers and even says that their accounts will get deleted along with all of the subs under them. You could potentially be screwed over in the end.
