I recently cut the cord and got ATT 18Mb DSL service (Northern Cali) a few days ago and noticed a lot of buffering and stuttering on my T1. Double checked my network and setting and couldn't find a cause. I noticed the buffering was very consistent, like a timer. I read somewhere that internet providers are blocking IPTV so I signed up for PIA VPN since its on the T1 as an app. Started the PIA app, chose a location (Canada) then when I started the "Live TV" my buffering issue were gone. So if anyone has buffering issues maybe try a VPN, there are usually 1 month trials. I didn't try the free one as those have been known to be unreliable. I hope this helps someone.
