Set TV

Who here is using Set TV? Any reviews? I've seen a few YouTube videos and it looks amazing. Just curious about performance. Also it what devices are you using it on?

Solo mans promoting it so it's prolly overpriced reseller. It's a quick fix android apk that from the sound of it has alot of kinks to work out.Convenience isn't always the best the best policy. Especially for iptv

I got the 3-day trial and loved it all of the Kinks that I read in the Past reviews must have been all cleared up because I have no issues every now and then and I mean maybe once or twice a month the channels will freeze but if you call them and let them know that you're having an issue with a channel they are corrected right away I'm going to keep this service because it lasts a long time

What is it? Never heard of it. Do you have a link?

Im currently on a 3 day trial and its not good so far, the guide is great but the channels buffer and its not a good overall experience. Its also overpriced for what it is. I have gone back to Dexter and its pretty solid.

I've used this service for a few days now via the free trial, I have a 250mbps connection , dual band router and dual band capable android tv box. This service is excellent, its almost all HD, the streaming quality is crystal clear, well as clear as you can get with iptv, and I've experienced no buffering, not population, no latency and zero hiccups, I'm also connected to more VPN too and zero issues at all. This is easily the bestiptv device I've used so far. The epg is excellent as well. When this free trial ends, I will buy a full month.

I just bought it and will drop it way before my month is up. It may work with the SetPlex box but is pathetic on the Mag254. I can't even back out of it because the Mag controls don't work with the Set TV interface. I have to pull the power plug off my Mag to reboot to get to my other IPTV provider. Pictures are good and stable (EPG text is way too small) but running it through a Mag is so frustrating. I'll get some movie use out of it, then dump it.

I had SETV on a MiBox w an apk. It was good. I bought the SetPlex box and it is awesome. Ethernet connection, 75Mbps, and a nice service. I have tried a lot of Iptv subscriptions, from MachTv, Vader, Dexter, Vstreams, HDreams, and even Nitro. Also SpinzTv Pro. They all have faults, but the SetPlex box makes a world of difference. Android boxes do ok, but just not stable enough. Also, I have apk Installed on Nividia Shield, and Setplex box is just much better. Good HD, nice guide, excellent VOD. If u have a Roku, a good service is NitroTV. Bjt hands down, Setv w Setplex box is just like cable. U do not get same effect using apk's

Just found out, they've dropped support for iOS devices. Picture quality is subpar looks like SD. Getting buffer issues on the set box, they have a way to go yet.

I've tried about 7 different providers and they are by far the best. $20 for 3 devices is fair. Rarely is a channel down or buffering.

Bought a month sub. So far i like it. But we bought it for the fight on the 26th and for NFL. If it doesn't work for NFL ill just go back to Kodi free sources and the good ol HD antenna. For 20 a month and 3 devices its not bad. Works just fine on my shield tv, cube 9x tablet, and my moto x pure.

Just got the 3 day trial. Asked about DVR service via Catch Up tool and the online chat person said they discontinued Catch Up because of legal issues: "About the DVR, We do have catch up feature that work as DVR. Catch up used to work and we had to disable it for legal reasons we may re release it sometime in the future once we figure out how to use catch up without violating any of the laws on recording content streamed through the internet."

That is a deal breaker for me and I assume most everybody else too.

I had the 3 day trial and it seemed too good to be true. I've currently been using the paid version for a week now, and I'm getting way too frustrated. I use it through my android box and every so often, a pink message on my tv screen pops up saying "it will shut down in ___ seconds," like a standby mode, even when I'm in the middle of watching shows or movies. Anyone else have this issue? I called the horrible customer service they offer and the guy was persistently telling me it's my android box and not the set tv app, even though all my friends are having the same issue. Such bullshit. Also half the channels say "no video input." If someone has any suggestions let me know, otherwise I'm cancelling this nonsense at the end of the month.
