I know there are many services with 1080p streams but those are usually transcoded, so even if the picture size is 1920x1080.... there is a noticeable quality loss.
I still didn't found any service with popular FullHD english channels with the same codec, same quality & same audio options than what you get with the official sat or cable feed....
I ask this question because I know it exist for channels from non-english speaking countries. I guess there might be at least one english service providing that excellence, although probably they don't want to be known...
The major provider of UK streams recently replaced their 1080p channels with uprated HD channels. As a result you will struggle to find 1080p UK streams. Our BT Sports channels are still 1080p but they are subject to replacement by HD at any time. You are welcome to check out the upgrade HD feeds at /r/AceTV or message me.
