I bought a 48hr trial for this service and had planned on using it on my Vu+ solo4k. so I added the m3u file from the link sent to me, and it added all the channels as a bouquet as expected. however no channels or vod load at all.

I tried adding the file to kodi as a local path in simple iptv plugin, but same result nothing plays, so I tried using the link as remote path in kodi but again same result.

anybody any idea what I'm doing wrong here.
