To stop it changing channels press the loop link at the bottom.

I think we need more details. Are you looking for something that opens m3u files? Do you have a device you want to setup IPTV on?

it can be your Internet or ip also it can be for your iptv server issue for this reason it changing channel

if provider gave you a link similar to this one:

http://x.x.x.x/get.php?username=abcd123&password=abcd123&type=m3u&output=mpegts

change the output=mpegts to HLS

as in 'output=HLS' and try again in VLC.
