Hey guys, I am new in IpTv. I have an Shield from Nvidia, here is what I want to be able to do :)
First : having canadians + american channels + french channel + sports channel. Second : Able to record it on my HDD that I'll plug on my Nvidia Shield and a nice EPG to set recurrent recordings
I have aroud 10-15$US / month for that. What do you suggest ? :)

I use nVidia Shield box and kodi and ntv. They offer english package, sport package and scandinavian package. www.ntv.mx They have epg and also vod with lot of movies

agree with using EPIC. Has all the channels you need, good quality streams. I am not sure about recording but I am sure you can figure that out or get a new box in the long run.
That said, DexterTV was the best I found on kodi.

Epicstreams Amazing quality However I would advise mag 254 for that but nvidia worked fine for me
