No sure about actual FPS but Vader/Pioneer sports streams are excellent. Same for Express and ACE TV.

Smoothstreams/SPcentral/Sportsdonkey having vader sources. the schedule is here: sportsaccess.se/schedule_new/index.php Sports Content by the US Channels are mostly 720p@60fps.

The advantage with Smoothstreams is, that you can share the account with max. 3 persons and you minimize your costs. At the moment im at Spcentral, coz i dont like the admins of smoothstreams.
