What are your experiences with necro iptv support?

I have to say they respond really fast but for me it was like more placebo effect because they always ask me for mail, order id, mac address and stuff. Even though I'm registered with the same email I paid. Now I couldn't watch tv for days because they said its all fine but it is not really. I only see a few channels. Really frustrated right now. What are your experiences? Maybe its just me with bad luck ...

Non existent as is most. For the most part these are probably obese lazy anti social guys trying to run a business online. They are very bad at ...uhhh.......doing normal things.

He couldn't even be bothered to answer SIMPLE emails yet alone help you set it up.

Well personally right now, just became a member 3 days ago, took 12 hours to receive link, but I get a "can't play this video." Error on my dreamlink t1 DOL whenever I try to watch a vod or live TV. Support takes 1 day whenever I raise make a ticket, and worst of all, they just gave me a new link which also gives me the same error message. So I'm not sure what to do and it's frustrating. Really regretting my decision.

Hi necroiptv.com owner here, The last 2 weeks were were really overwhelmed with support requests and that's why you might have experienced worse support. May I know your ticket id so i can take it and resolve it ASAP? Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience

Support? What support? Signed up on Sunday during their sale. Service has stopped working Sunday evening and have sent multiple requests for help and no reply. Should have listened to other posters who warned about poor support. Might be good if working but clearly they can't/won't keep up with support tickets.

Have to agree for a new company their support is terrible. One week really good then no answer for days
