You purchased a server before you got the streams?
So other sellers are supposed to give up their supplier after you call them morons? That will work for you..
Sounds like a cop trying to get into this world or something...
Well no offence, but you just called all providers morons and then you want the providers to offer you Premium list suppliers?
Good luck, but I am out :)
Sorry but building an IPTV Service is nothing easy, also you can completely forget your live customer service because once you are overwhelmed you wont be able to offer any customer support at all. Finding Lists is nearly impossible, you have to get them yourself or trade streams.
I thinj you're going about this all wrong. Start small, show us you have potential. As a solo I person you'll never he able to maintain a list of 4000 stations.
Set aside one 1gbps server to start, get a few capture devices and pick a handful of stations people desire and go from there. Additionally, you may subscribe to some legit services such as mlb and nhl and NBA, and use those as your restreaming sources.
Additionally with your legit sub you can get access to things like HBO go and fox sports go etc. All those you can restream. Then get yourself a Ps vue account and restream those as well. The only way you can offer high quality streams is to source them yourself from legit sources you own. Then for international look Into those later.
With the sports stuff specifically, and competitive pricing (which you should be able to do because you don't desire massive profits) you should be able to prove to people you mean business and get your feet wet.
Im a bit concerned that you have these servers already for another business. The reason why I say this is because being a provider is a full time job. 24 hours a day the server needs monitoring and live updating.
I have a provide stream that does special events once a week, and i have hundreds of hours invested. I've had many all nighters, and called in sick many times to my main workplace and I can't imagine juggling an entire provider the size you're hoping to accommplish. Even torula and stuff have a team of guys helping out. Additionally all the main players aren't here on reddit asking questions. They have no time to do that or even advertise.
If you're currently unemployed and have some extra cash flow laying around or a team of guys to work with, then maybe you can pull something off.
But at this point, it doesn't look like you're ready for it yet.
