Just a few days ago I was able to access most/all of the videos on demand but now I get the file missing error on a bunch. Anyway to fix this? Does this happen often? Thanks

File missing error means it is an error server side. There is nothing you can personally do to fix it. All you can do is let your reseller know so they can forward it up the chain.
