Just buy a Mag or a Dreamlink T1. Your experience will be a lot better than using Kodi. They do have an android apk you can use.

I think you have to have a username and password from the provider and not a Mac address. I don't think there's anywhere to enter a Mac address in the stalker PVR client in Kodi

Yes. I have it working on a stb emulator on a android box. Wanted to try it in kodi on my computer. I was able to get ipguys to work but now iptvexpress. Do u have better instructions I could follow. Maybe I missed a setting.

Yes it is. Completely off. Do u have proper instructions so I can make sure all setting r right? Should be the same as ipguys except the url I'm assuming
