IPTV service that includes US Cartoon Network?

I've been looking around for a IPTV provider that includes US Cartoon Network, either SD or HD but HD obviously preferred.

I was looking at the Ipguys channel list (my first choice) and it doesn't seem to be included but I may be mistaken.

Bonus if there is any Canadian news channels based out of Manitoba.

Try out FabIPTV look for the sub $10 link here /r/iptvreviews and sign up for a trial to see if their Cartoon Network is US or not
