I use it on and off..it's pretty decent. Some people don't like the dude who runs it cause he was/is a YouTuber and all that goes with it. As a service it's decent though, he's teamed up with a guy Mayfair who has an EPG for it that works either separately or in the addon itself. I think what people dislike is that sometimes the addon is all over the place, like it used to have 3 different $ choices...now it's just standard one. Then they announced a new addon coming called Reloaded, then sort of integrated the channels into Gears but now saying reloaded coming soon still I dunno. It's an easy interface though, like if I was gonna get my mother iptv I would probably get her Gears

If you want to get scammed by paying for a service that's considered the worst in the iptv business, go ahead and pay for Gears TV. The service/channels are like an impotent man who hardly ever gets it up, and when it does go up, it never stays up long enough for you to enjoy it. The people who still use the service are people who are blinded to the fact that there are better iptv services out there with less excuses.

I was dumb enough to try the service twice. Both times the channels were down more than up. The second time, I came back because they promised NHL Center ice. Well, instead they changed the name of the service and said that Center ice was going to be a reboot thing so it didn't apply after the name change. There's a lot better services out there

Gears is extremely inconsistent. Expect constant down channels or "maintenance" to happen regularly which then means you can't use the service for a few days.
