ACE IPTV EPG issues .

by prljm40oz

Anyone know why a good chunk of the north american channels have no guide info? Ive only been subscribed for a day, so im wondering if this is a temporary issue or if its always the case.

We have EPG in place for most of the US channels with a few remaining to be completed. Some of the Canadian channels have EPG and we are searching for a source of data that we can use to complete the remaining Canadian channels.

Same for NL/Dutch channels, no EPG info present.

Check out iptv-epg.com. You pay a small fee and can use their epg services as an xml file. They have about 40 countries that you can chose from and their support is great. I have been using them for a few months and couldn't recommend them enough. The information you get is very accurate. I use Ace as well btw.

I use ace and tried out iptv-epg.com and it didnt work out for me. when setting up your epg on their site (not user friendly if you have lots of channels) most of the tvg-id's arent in sync with ace and if you dont know the tvg-id to type in then you simply dont get the station at all. paid yearly, no refunds, bad customer service I think, check out their customer service comments on their youtube vid on how to use their service https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3yzd4vdEsT0

My NA channels have a guide. Did you enter the correct username/password information (case sensitive)?
