Voodoo has filipino and chinese, filipino is not the best quality but its what you could call "watchable".
Chinese channels seems to be better but not sure if its jade.
Eventually you'll get used to the feed quality

I have tried Voodoo for Filipino channels, it was ok but no replay on the channels.
I am now using Express, the quality overall is much better. They have 13 Filipino channels, and 5 of them have 7 day replay enabled (GMA Pinoy, GMA Life, GMA News, TFC, and FTV).
Express has Filipino channels. I know they had some chinese too but it never worked. Not sure if I needed some other account with them.
Iptv privateserver​ had Chinese but not sure about Filipino since the grouping was/is shit.
Also express had been shit this week so until things are resolved I would avoid.
