Change STBEmu theme

How I could change the stbemu theme?

I think I've seen someone say the theme is dictated by the provider but I may be mistaken.

Go to settings. Go to portal. You should now see theme at the bottom with a drop down menu.

Yup.  It is controlled by the provider.  We probably take a vote to see what color works for FABIPTV.  I am hearing Hot Pink and Neon Green may be the newest faD
