I've been trying to reset my mag remote. Currently it's mistakingly programmed to turn on or off with the blue volume button. I tried resetting the remote by holding down setup and ok, but nothing happens. Any help??

I have a different model of remote. Still haven't been able to reset it.
Is it set to the wrong remote model in settings?
