Depending how many people you have to refer, (for example 50 or so) it night be worthwhile becoming a reseller yourself. Of course the original investment is a bit high, and you need to have quite a bit of free time to maintain it all. But, you could make a few dollars off of each person.

I do know of a site that offers you store credit for each new referral you get, and it's a good way to get free service for yourself or even put it towards hardware. But thats not exactly the same as getting paid.

With the low prices nowadays of iptv and the competition out there, some resellers only make 2 or 3 dollars off of each person. Theres not much room there to give out free money.

I've knows a few resellers to just throw in thr towel altogether. The hundreds of hours a month they spent responding to customers (mainly kodi users) just wasn't worth the 2 bucks, ya know?
