There should be a sticky to warn against them. They own a bunch of websites and facebook pages that look like they are IPGUYS, IPTVEXPRESS, Etc. When I first started, they were the first I could find and almost felt for it till I had a F$%K you response from their guy when I asked a simple question.
In fairness, I run a business and you'd be surprised how many people claim to want to buy hundreds or thousands of units wholesale, and then demand a free sample (never providing details of the supposed company they represent).
But you're lucky he didn't use foul language to you. He has everyone else.

worse customer service ever, highly recommend NOT buying from them. yes it's cheap $5, but with their customer service you still get ripped off (if you can even get the service working)
