I have been using the T1 for about 2 months. Currently subscribed to ipguys and I'm wondering if anyone was having audio sync issues lately?
It seems to affect only international channels but not sure of that yet.
Not sure of the issue started since the last firmware update but since the update the RED button is programmed to change the audio channel, might not be related but I'm trying to find the cause.
Anyone ?
I was having the same problems when watching Wrestlemania on WWE network on Sunday. It would be sync'd fine when I first turned it to the channel then would sync after watching for a few minutes. If I turned the channel and turned it back it would work fine for a bit. I got frustrated and watched the event on a different provider.
We need more to go on. Let us know the specific channels you are having issues on. Try to find a station that does it all the time so we can check.
Of course, intermittant problems are harder to figure out but please let us know either way so we can get more information for you.
Have you contacted your reseller to see what the said?
I watched MSNBC for over an hour without issues. CP24 has sync issues now. Almost all Canadian channels I've tried have issues.
Same issue here on Dreamlink T1 Plus. Lots of channels. CBS HD is bad. Anyone ever find a fix?
I get audio sync issues on IPGuys quite a bit...usually on FOX, NBC, ABC, CBS. Also running through a T1.
