After updating magbox 254 can no longer access settings menu? I have IPTV express now all I see is radio/TV/VOD options not the account n settings options

you should be able to get to it by hitting the gear icon on your remote. Or you might have to reset the box by going into the bios and loading the defaults. To do that, hit the button above the volume up that has the 3 dots and lines, press and hold and unplug the box, then plug it back in, while still holding the button and the screen will turn blue and you will be in the bios. To activate anything you want to do in there, the OK button won't work, you need to hit right on the D pad for it to accept it. So reset to default, and then save and exit.
Then your box will be as it was out of the box, ha, and you can do what you need to do.
