Dreamlink Or Mag254?

hey so i have finally narrowed my search to either Mag254 or Dreamlink T1.. so now i need help from you guys to finalize which one to buy.. My Preference is IPTV streaming mainly, NON BUGGY, Great EPG like satellite TV feel & FAST... Mag is linux so its fast and less buggy than android and is for pure IPTV thats why im really liking it..

on the other hand i heard some people saying dreamlink is superior to MAG and you can install other files aswell and EPG is amazing on dreamlink..

so tell me is dreamlink stream iptv directly or via dreamonline app? is it slower than MAG? and people said we can change Mac ID in dreamlink so is it through Kodi installing or any other app that can allow to change MAC ID.. and finally which one is better T1 or T6? whats the main difference?

please help me finalize guys!

The T6 is a satellite receiver I believe, not IPTV.

I have a T1 and went through the same process about two months ago. I had also narrowed down to the Mag and the T1. I chose the T1 thinking it could be an all in one option to run both IPTV and Kodi. Its not. Kodi 16 is pretty useless and 17 isn't an option on the T1.

The T1 is fast, its stable, it does IPTV very well. The EPG is more cable like than the MAG but its also a bit glitchier. I think either choice is a good one.

Really enjoying my Buzz TV. It's a STB with open Android 5.1, so new Kodi works :)

Try the Stb emulator for mag 254 . Least then you can try that Mag before you but the box.

Neither, go for a MAG 256. Its a newer model than the 254 and far more powerful. The 256 had bugs galore when it was first released but the last update from Feb/Mar 2017 has made it almost 100% stable and IMHO it should be the Mag box of choice for serious IPTV viewers. I've had my 256W2 for a few months now and running NecroIPTV on it works like a dream. I can't ever imagine going back to Android or faffing around with STB Emulators :)
