As we all know, the Dreamlink runs an older version of android that is not compatible with the newest version of Kodi. Kodi 16 is quickly becoming obsolete, so this is a problem for many.
I was just made aware of a workaround.
FTMC is available in the marketplace. Its a fork for Kodi 16 and SPMC. It basically gives Kodi 16 the ability to use https: like Kodi 17.
If you already have Kodi 16 installed, you will have to uninstall it and install FTMC as a fresh install for the changes to take affect.
Cool. I knew this would hit the market as soon as I seen it on the tvaddons rss feed. Sure wish dreamlink would update these boxes to at least 5.0.....
