Excellent rebuttal /u/fr0-z3n but completely unnecessary. I think its clear from the responses to the troll that the users of reddit are on your side!

Keep doing what you do. Epic is a great service, represented by a great reseller here.

I switched to another provider due to slightly cheaper and uk time response , however with that being said epic experience was great and mike clearly wanted the best for customers

It looks like you're trying to mention other users, which only works if it's done in the comments like this (otherwise they don't receive a notification):

  • /u/Loggie86

  • /u/PM_ME_YOUR_PANTY_IMG

  • /u/stokedcrf

  • Further usernames omitted due to Reddit's limit of 3 mentions per comment.

Don't worry /u/fr0-z3n, based on my experience here you and fab have one of the best services on the market. Epicstream has an amazing channel line up and amazing support. Keep up the good work!

Thank you for the 2 trials.

P.S: I just sent money for a 3 month sub via Bitcoin! :)

I think it was very obvious from the tone of the "review" (if you can call it that) that the only intent was to bash on you personally. Even then, they couldn't really say anything bad about the service.

In fact, when speaking about the service the poster used comments like "...reliable and works pretty well..." and "...Quicker than most...", and "...They have many options to connect so it is great..."

You wanted to get reviews out there and that is understandable. I don't see where you asked for any positive reviews, just honest reviews. It appears to me that you have been visible and open on Reddit about weaknesses and what you'd like to see updated/changed. No service is perfect and you have not ignored complaints or suggestions to improve based on what I have seen on numerous posts.

At the end of the day, anyone can get a trial and see for themselves. And even a one month sub is very inexpensive to do a longer term test. It's not like you enter into a commitment if you don't like it. You don't have to stand in line to take back equipment, etc. It's quick and painless to sign up or cancel.

Those who are even slightly perceptive could see right through such a post. If a true negative review pops up with legitimate complaints that is intelligently and thoughtfully written, that is one thing. That particular post was neither. It was nice, however, to see your response. I think the way you waited so as not to post a knee-jerk reaction type of reply showed a great deal of restraint and maturity.

I originally did a trial for epic and didn't have a great experience. I just recently subscribed anyway due to all the positive reddit feedback. It may not be my go to service but it's more than worth the price of admission. Excellent service.

I been looking for a secondary IPTV to use and been reading reviews and such. I've seen Epicstreams' name recommended numerous times but this response thread sealed the deal. Will be ordering the service in the near future.
