There are a lot of good resellers that post around here. If you just want cheap, iptvplanet.ca will do the trick. They offer both for about $12CDN, which would be under $9US. They aren't very helpful, though, if you have any issues. That's typical of the cheaper resellers. If you want good customer service, I know that /u/insiderip and his website my.iprocket.net offers Express for a bit more than that, but the customer service is FAR better.
Now sure about Crown with a better reseller...maybe /u/stokedcrf can help you out. I know he has access to both Express and Crown.
