What device are you watching on? I love the web portal but sometimes it acts a little strange so I use Kodi or Perfect player without issue
Apologies only just seen this, you can send us a ticket from your client area or message me direct if you wish in future. We did have a problem with a disc drive on our main server yesterday and we had to take it down for half an hour. Thanks
