Dreamlink T1 Plus is going to release new software to enable True PVR function and scheduled recording.

by coddream

The news are that the guys from www.dreamlinkt1.com will release a new software update for both, Dreamlink T1 and Dreamlink T1 plus IPTV set top boxes. This update will be released the first week of May and will enable more features in the Live TV and VOD sections for the DOL (Dreamonline) application. The Dreamlink T1 plus will have all recording functions enabled. As you may know only recording is active at this point. Hopefully they stick to their words.

I don't care about recording. I just want them to clean up the bugs and annoyances with their device. The warning messages that you have to acknowledge and the OSD that does not clear up.

they need to fix the damn EPG bugs!!

They need to fix the built-in Android VPN.

Do you guys know a global reseller of the dreamlink t1 plus?

SlovenianSocket

They need to use an SOC that supports at the very least lollipop.. god damn. I was excited for the new model until I saw that it's still running kitkat :\

Looking forward to an update. Thanks for the post /u/coddream

Perhaps Dreamlink should focus on getting the basics right first by including 802.11ac wifi on their boxes.

Since it says recordings will be enabled on thr plus. What will be added to the original t1?

I can't wait for this update. I believe the schedule record feature was announced, not sure why they couldn't just release the product with this promised feature...

New software was released on Friday, still no scheduled recording

the first week of may is almost over... I was looking forward to using the full PVR functionality this weekend, but I guess that will not be happening...
