There are so many rumours going around right now about express being taken down, etc. Right now it's been down more than it's been up. When it works it's fantastic, but right now, I would suggest elsewhere.
It's a great service but has been having issues lately. Let the issues get resolved and then purchase.

That seems to be it for Express. I see major forums saying it dont look good. Some say express is now Eagle TV.

Doesn't look good...iprocket cancelled automatic payments and terminated the service.
/u/insiderip can set you up.....great service and also offers IPGuys and Vader.
I won't tell you not to do it, but I would suggest holding off on this. search and read about their issues, especially yesterday issues. I would just wait until this stabilize.
